MAKER rolls out a new brand design for sport streaming app Kayo across their Salesforce Community platform. MAKER liaised between Brand and Development teams, styling the UI of SLDS components and integrated Chat Bot.

Onboarding Comms
MAKER developed responsive modular HTML email templates in Adobe Enterprise Manager for the Kayo Comms team. A series of onboarding email fragments are dynamically configured to appeal to individual customers based on their subscription data. Analytics were reviewed to gauge customer engagement.
